Judgment
Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 202 dated 24.5.2009 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station Division No. 6, District Jalandhar.
This Court vide order dated 4.3.2011 has directed to release the Petitioner on bail.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
Mr. K.D. Sachdeva, Addl. A.G. Punjab, on instructions from ASI Darshan Kumar, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioner is co-operating in the investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. Order dated 4.3.2011 is made absolute, subject to the conditions mentioned u/s 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure However, it is clarified that Petitioner shall keep on co-operating in the investigation and if he fails to do so Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to get the bail cancelled.
