Judgment
Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 183 dated 16.11.2010 under Sections 420/465/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code and Child Restrain Marriage Act 1929 at Police Station City Kapurthala.
This Court vide order dated 15.12.2010 has directed to release the Petitioner on interim bail.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that Petitioner has already been released on bail and the Petitioner has joined the investigation and shall join the investigation as and when he is asked to do so by the Investigating Officer.
Mr. Jaspreet Singh, learned Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, on instructions of ASI Kuldeep Singh, who is present personally in Court, has stated that Petitioner is co-operating in the investigation.
Considering totality of the facts and circumstances of the case, petition is allowed. Order dated 15.12.2010 is made absolute, subject to the conditions mentioned u/s 438(2) Code of Criminal Procedure However, it is clarified that Petitioner shall keep on co-operating in the investigation and if he fails to do so Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to get the bail cancelled.
