Judgment
Anoop Chitkara, J
A Headmaster, working in Government High School, Chalauti, Tehsil Aut, District Mandi, H.P., who is under transfer to Government Senior Secondary School, Ghatu, District Kullu, has come up before this Court seeking cancellation of impugned order dated 29.9.2020, Annexure P-1, on the grounds that her daughter is studying in 10+2 and her husband is suffering from diabetes.
Notice. Mr. Adarsh Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.
In view of the nature of the order, we propose to pass, no response is required from the respondents.
Consequently, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation to the second respondent, mentioning therein her grievances, within one week, in accordance with the transfer policy. On receipt of such representation, the said respondent shall consider the same sympathetically, keeping in view the bad health condition of her husband as well as studies of her daughter and in the light of the transfer policy occupying the field, and pass appropriate orders, within two weeks. Pending application(s), if any, are closed.
