Sanjay Dhar, J

1.

Nobody has been appearing on behalf of the petitioner for quite some time.

2.

Through the medium of the present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 23.10.2020 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Poonch, whereby respondent No. 4 has been admitted to interim anticipatory bail and challenge has also been thrown to order dated 16.11.2020, whereby the said order has been made absolute.

3.

I have gone through the grounds of the revision petition and the record. It appears that the learned Sessions Judge has admitted the petitioner to anticipatory bail in FIR No. 173/2020 for offence under Section 354 IPC registered with Police Station, Poonch. As per report of the Police, which is annexed to the petition, after grant of interim anticipatory bail, the accused/respondent No. 4 has been cooperating with the Investigating Agency.

4.

It is not the case of the petitioner that any recovery is to be effected from respondent No. 4, therefore, discretion exercised by the learned Sessions Judge while granting anticipatory bail to respondent No. 4 cannot be interfered with in the revisional jurisdiction of this Court.

5.

The petition lacks merit and the same is dismissed accordingly.
