Judgment
Hon’ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):
It is not in dispute that taking into account the grievances of the applicants, the respondents have initiated a proposal dated 7/8/11.2019 (Annexure M-1).
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that said proposal has been initiated by the respondents only during pendency of the present OA and in view thereof, the present OA may also be disposed of, with direction to the respondents to take a final decision in the matter of grievances of the present applicants taking into account their aforesaid proposal.
To such request of the learned counsel for the applicants, there is no objection from Ms. Vertika Sharma, learned counsel for respondents. However, she submits that some reasonable time may be accorded to them for this purpose.
In view of the aforesaid, without going into the merit of the claim of the applicants in the present OA, the present OA is disposed of, with direction to the respondents to take a final decision on their aforesaid proposal dated 7/8/11/2019 (Annexure M-1) and to pass a reasoned and speaking order as expeditiously as possible and in any case within 12 weeks of receipt of a copy of this Order.
The OA is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
Pending MAs also stand disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
