RA no.235 of 2022 (for review)

The present review application has been filed against the review order dated 05.09.2022. It has been submitted that a typographical error in the second last line of paragraph 2 of the RA no.189 of 2022 needs to be corrected. The second last line of the said order reads as under:
“as Tower B is covered under Chart B of the order (Supra), and hence, the complainant is entitled for full refund with interest and costs”.
I have perused the review application no.235 of 2022. After going through the review application I find that the tower referred to in Chart B of the order ought to have read as Tower C and that there is therefore an error apparent on the face of the order which needs to be corrected. Accordingly, RA no. 235 of 2022 is allowed. The second last line of paragraph 2 of the RA no.189 of 2022 is hereby directed to read as under:
“as Tower C is covered under Chart B of the order (supra), and hence, the complainant is entitled for full refund with interest and costs”.
Accordingly, RA No.235 of 2022 is disposed of as above.
