Judgment
C. Praveen Kumar, J
1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Vijaya Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for Dr. N.T.R. University of Health Sciences - respondent No.2.
2) The writ petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her request for admission under NRI Quota for PG Course for the academic year 2021-2022 by registering her application.
3) When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.3387 of 2022, dated 10.02.2022.
4) Having regard to the order passed by this Court in W.P No.3387 of 2022, the present Writ Petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to submit her application along with original certificates before respondent No.2. On such application being made; if the said application satisfies all the requirements and if she is otherwise eligible for stray vacancies, respondent No.2 shall deal with the same in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
5) Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
