Judgment
S. C. Chaurasia, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned A.G.A. and perused the F.I.R. and also the relevant material on record.
The petitioner no. 1 happens to be husband and wants the case to be decided by the Mediation Centre.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 3 returnable at an early date.
The petitioners are directed to deposit Rs.10,000/ within a period of seven days from today.
The file may be placed before the Registrar of this Court for taking steps in case the petitioner deposits Rs.10,000/ within the aforesaid period of seven days. Out of Rs.10,000/ so deposited, Rs.8000/ shall be paid to the wife, Smt. Umairuma, opposite party no. 3, and the remaining amount of Rs.2000/ shall be deposited as costs in the Mediation Centre.
Till then no coercive measure for arrest of the petitioners shall be taken subject to their depositing Rs.10,000/ within the period of seven days. If they fail to deposit the same within seven days from today, this order shall come to an end automatically.
The Registrar of this Court will apprise the Court about the report of the Mediation Centre within two months.
