Judgment
S. C. Chaurasia, J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.G.A. and perused the F.I.R. and also the relevant material on record.
The petitioner happens to be husband and wants the case to be decided by the Mediation Centre.
Issue notice to opposite party no. 4 returnable at an early date.
The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.10,000/ within a period of ten days from today.
The file may be placed before the Registrar of this Court for taking steps in case the petitioner deposits Rs.10,000/ within the aforesaid period of ten days. Out of Rs.10,000/ so deposited, Rs.8000/ shall be paid to the wife, Smt. Maya Devi, opposite party no. 4, and the remaining amount of Rs.2000/ shall be deposited as costs in the Mediation Centre.
Till then no coercive measure for arrest of the petitioner shall be taken subject to his depositing Rs.10,000/ within the period of ten days. If he fails to deposit the same within ten days from today, this order shall come to an end automatically.
The Registrar of this Court will apprise the Court about the report of the Mediation Centre within two months.
