Rule returnable forthwith. The learned APP waives service of notice of rule for and on behalf of the respondent-State.

The present application has been filed by the applicant through his wife seeking parole leave for 30 days on the ground of marriage of his nephew. An invitation card is also appended alongwith the application.

In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the grounds urged in this application, the application is allowed. The applicant is ordered to be released on parole for a period of 01 week from the date of his actual release, on the applicant executing a personal bond of Rs.15,000=00 (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) to the satisfaction of the jail authority, on usual terms and conditions.

The applicant shall surrender before the jail authority on or before the expiry of the period of parole, without fail.

Rule made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.

6.

The registry is directed to communicate this order to the Jail Superintendent forthwith.

7.

A copy of this order shall also be supplied to the learned APP for taking necessary action.
