Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
These two contempt cases are filed alleging that the respondents did not implement the common judgment in OA No. 2506/2016 and OA No. 2390/2016. It is stated that though the Writ Petitions filed against the said orders were dismissed, the respondents have now filed SLP before the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

In view of this development, we close the contempt cases leaving it open to the applicants to pursue their remedies depending upon the outcome of the SLP.
