Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
The only issue raised in the O.A. was as regards the method of filling up of one post of Technical Officer, which was newly added. Since the distribution between promotion and direct recruitment was equal, we disposed of the O.A. directing that till the Rules are amended, the post shall be filled by direct recruitment and promotion in turns.

We do not find any merit in the R.A. It is accordingly rejected.
