Hon’ble Mr. Justice L. Narasimha Reddy, Chairman:
In this OA the same question as canvassed in OA No. 876/2020 arise for consideration. Through a separate order, we have decided that OA. The only difference is that in respect of subsequent advertisement for the same post, the recruitment that has undertaken in the subsequent years.

We heard Shri Surinder Kumar Gupta, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Hanu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the respondents.

We dispose of this OA directing that the same principle as laid down in OA. 876/2020 shall hold good for the purpose of this case also. There shall be no order as to costs.
