Judgment
The case was taken up by the single bench in terms of the Order No. F/4(138)Admn/Bench/RERA/2022/1414a dated 28.06.2023.
Sh. Avinash Ahire, Complainant appeared in person.
Adv. Anubhuti Tyagi appeared for the Respondents and submitted that they have not received copy of the complaint.
Complainant submitted that he had supplied draft complaint to the Respondents through WhatsApp.
Respondent had moved an application for supply of the complaint along with documents. This application was allowed by the Authority on 13.02.2025. However, the copy of the complaint and other documents not supplied to the Respondents till date.
Office is directed to supply copy of complaint along with documents to the Ld. Counsel for Respondent today itself.
Respondents shall file reply by 25.03.2025 with copy served on the Complainant.
Complainant may file rejoinder, if any, by 10.04.2025 with copy served on the Respondents.
