Judgment
The case was taken up by the single bench in terms of the Order No. F/4(138)Admn/Bench/RERA/2022/1414a dated 28.06.2023.
Adv. Sauransh Sharma appeared for the Complainant.
Adv. Anubhuti Tyagi appeared on behalf of the Respondents along with Vakalatnama. Be taken on record and submitted that Respondents have only received the notice of the complaint however the complaint and the supporting documents not received neither by post nor through e-mail.
Complainant shall file copy of complaint and supporting documents within a weeks’ time from today.
