On the last date of hearing, settlement deed was placed on record and as per the settlement deed, the last installment was to be paid by 26.06.2022. It is stated by learned senior counsel for the respondent/corporate debtor that as per the settlement deed, entire payment has been made to the petitioners.

Keeping in view the settlement deed, which is already on record, and statement made by learned senior counsel for the respondent and also in view of the fact that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners, it seems that petitioners are not interested in pursuing the present petition, accordingly, the same is dismissed as settled in terms of the settlement deed with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Tribunal in case of any grievance. Thus, CP(IB) No.166/Chd/Hry/2020 is disposed of.

Consequently, IA No.187/2021 is rendered infructuous and is disposed of.
