Judgment
On 26.07.2021, the following order was passed:-
“ When this matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submit that still an amount of Rs.36,80,000/- is payable by the respondent-corporate debtor and seek short accommodation to settle the matter finally. 2. In the circumstances, list the CP on 20.09.2021”
Heard Mr. Ashish Chopra, Senior Advocate appearing for the respondent. At the outset, learned Senior Counsel for the respondent submits that the balance amount of Rs.36,80,000/- has been paid to the petitioner vide demand draft No.521629 dated 03.08.2021 and prays for the dismissal of the C.P. Ms. Nevadita Malik, Advocate appearing for the petitioner confirms that the complete amount has been received by the petitioner.
In view of the above, CP(IB) No.111/Chd/HP/2019 is dismissed as settled.
