Petitioner, through the medium of this petition, seeks direction to the respondents to complete the selection process for the post of Anganwai Helper in Anganwari Centre Kootsool, Panchayat Dhandrath-B, Ward No. 4, Ramban initiated vide Advertisement No. 67 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024, asserting that in response to the aforestated notification, she being eligible, applied for the engagement as Anganwari Helper, however, respondents have not completed the selection process.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied in case, the respondents are directed to complete the selection process initiated vide Advertisement No. 67 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024, expeditiously.
Learned counsel for the respondents, who is incidentally present in the Court submits that respondents have no objection if this Court directs the respondents to conclude the selection process for the post in question, expeditiously.
In view of the submissions made at Bar by both sides, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conclude the selection process of the aforesaid post, expeditiously, within a period of two months, from the date certified copy of this order is served upon them.
Disposed of.
