Judgment

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is working as Anganwadi Helper in Anganwadi Centre Bhainch Kassana for the last more than 10 years and felt herself entitled to upgradation as Anganwadi Worker for the very same Centre but the issuance of an Advertisement Notice no. 01 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023 for the post of Anganwadi Worker for the said very Anganwadi Centre has left the petitioner concerned that the selection exercise is meant to undermine the consideration of her entitlement for upgradation.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed an application thereby submitting on record her educational status as being a matriculate.
Prima facie case is made out.
Issue notice to the respondents.
Petitioner to furnish registered postal covers for the service of respondents within a period of 7 days, whereupon the Registrar Judicial, Jammu to issue notice to the respondents. Registrar Judicial, Jammu shall be entitled to extend time for furnishing of registered postal covers if not submitted within time given.
List on 19.07.2023.
In the meantime, the Advertisement Notice no. 01 of 2023 dated 12.05.2023 with respect to the Anganwadi Centre Bhainch Kassana ICDS Project Haveli shall remain on hold.
