This eighth application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of bail after rejection of earlier ones.
The applicant has been arrested on 07.01.2019 in connection with Crime No.87/2018 registered at Police Station Mehagaon, Distt. Bhind for offence
under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC and Section 3(A) 4 of Examinations Act.
This application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. has been filed for grant of temporary bail on the ground of death of mother of applicant on 14.11.2020.
It is submitted by the counsel for the applicant that 13th day ceremony of his mother is fixed for 26.11.2020.
Accordingly, it is directed that in case if the applicant makes an application before the competent authority seeking permission to attend the 13th Day
ceremony in police custody, then he shall be permitted to attend 13th Day Ceremony of his mother in police custody, which is scheduled to be held on
26.11.2020.
With the aforesaid liberty, the bail application is disposed of.
