Heard the parties.
The petitioners are aspirants for the post of Teacher in Primary Schools in General/Urdu subject in terms with Advertisement No. 26/2023 dated 30.05.2023; seeking a direction upon the respondent Bihar Public Service Commission to publish a supplementary/revised results and send additional recommendation to the Education Department for their appointment.
Learned Advocate for the petitioners fairly submitted that the identical issue has come up for consideration before the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 1151 of 2024 and the learned Court extended the relief to the petitioners of the said writ petition, identical to the relief prayed for in the present writ petition. However, aggrieved with the order of the learned Single Judge, the State and its authorities preferred LPA No. 1030 of 2024 and the order of the learned Single Judge came to be set aside vide judgment/order dated 08.04.2025, copies of both the orders have been placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition stands dismissed in terms with the order passed by the learned Division Bench in LPA No. 1030 of 2024.
