'Reply' on behalf of the Respondent No.1 has been filed. Also that, the 'Rejoinder' of the Appellant is also filed.

On behalf of the Appellant, 'Notes of Submissions' along with 'Citations' filed before the 'Office of the Registry' in the instant Appeal.

It is brought to the notice of this Tribunal in the instant Appeal that the correct name of the Resolution Professional is "Mr. Abhijit Guhathakurta". However, at the time of filing the instant Appeal, the Appellant has shown the Resolution Professional as "Mr. Anuj Jain" and hence, this Tribunal, suo moto, replaces the name of "Mr. Anuj Jain" and put in his place the correct name of the Resolution Professional "Mr. Abhijit Guhathakurta" as Resolution Professional of the 13 Group Companies of Videocon including VTL. As such, the Appellant is directed to carry out necessary amendment(s) in the Memo of Parties within two days from today.

The Respondent No.1/ Union of India is required to file the 'Notes of Submissions', containing not more than three to five pages, together with 'Citations' which they rely upon, before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also through Hardcopy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between the Learned Counsel(s) appearing for the respective parties in the instant case.

Liberty is granted to the Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2 to file 'Reply'/ 'Notes of Submissions' in the instant Appeal within three days from today, if the situation so warrants.

It is open to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant to file additional 'Written Submissions', containing not more than two pages, before the 'Office of the Registry' (not only through e-filing but also through Hardcopy) and the copy of the same shall be exchanged between, well in advance.
