After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the OA with liberty to the applicant to file a better OA. Permission is granted. OA stands dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty, as aforesaid. Pending MA also stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty in accordance with law.
