Judgment
Mohammad Rafiq, J.—Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Municipal Board is not taking any steps to comply with the provisions of Section 252 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009, according to which, it is duty bound to ensure that no inconvenience is caused to the public due to vehicular traffic in any public street. The dispute is with regard to public street measuring 14 feet situated in Ward No. 16, Rani Sati Road, Sikar. It is contended that respondent No. 5-Kesar Dev Sharma, who is a transporter is parking his heavy vehicles such as trucks etc. with the result that hardly any space is left for the residents of the locality. For such like dispute, Commissioner Nagar Parishad, Sikar is responsible for enforcement of the aforesaid provision of Section 252 of the Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009 and therefore is required to examine grievance of the petitioner and do needful as warranted by law.
With that direction, writ petition is disposed of.
