This matter is taken up by virtual mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-2 before the Managing Director, Odisha Rural Housing Development

Corporation, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar- O.P. No.2 for upkeep and maintenance of the housing complex named “Sarthak Towersâ€.

The said representation is stated to be still pending.

Regard being had to the facts and submissions and the nature of relief sought for, the writ application is disposed of directing the Managing

Director, Odisha Rural Housing Development Corporation, Government of Odisha, Bhubaneswar- O.P. No.2 to dispose of the representation vide

Annexure-2 in accordance with law, by passing a reasoned order, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy or true

soft copy of this Order available in the Orissa High Court website.

The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures to the Opposite Party No.2 for convenience &

reference to Annexure- 2.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order

available in the High Court’s website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed vide

Court’s Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court’s Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021.
