Judgment

Shri D. C. Dwivedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Vinod Mishra, learned counsel for the respondents are present.
The present O.A. has been filed by Shri Laloo Ram S/o deceased Bhairo Deen seeking the following relief(s):
That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to pass the direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation dated 27.09.2018 for seniority, commutating the temporary status period 100% in light of the judgment dated 07.05.2015 passed by the Principal Bench Delhi.
That and further also be pleased to pass the direction commanding the respondent No. 3 to provide the Grade pay which amount 4600/- for the applicant in light of decision of the Full Bench case Nerandra Chaddha case.
That the Hon'ble Tribunal may graciously be pleased to issue any order or direction, which this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case"
Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that his grievance may be redressed if a direction is given to the respondent No. 3/competent authority to consider and decide the representations dated 27.09.2018 of the applicant regarding approval of reimbursement of medical expenses within a stipulated period of time.
However, looking to the limited prayer sought by the learned counsel for the applicant during course of argument there would be no fruitful purpose to keep pending this O.A.
In view of the limited prayer made by the counsel for the applicant but without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the O.A. is disposed of with direction to respondent No.3/competent authority to decide the representation of the applicant by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
Accordingly O.A. is disposed of. No order as to costs.
