Judgment
Per Hon’ble Mr. B Anand, Member (A):
The present application, vide Diary No.6691/2026 is under office objection raised by Registry for certain defects. Since, all the defects have been made good by the applicant’s counsel, the Registry is directed to assign appropriate number to the application.
O.A./3611/2026:
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the subject matter in the present application concerns counting of past service. He fairly submits that the applicant herein has submitted his representation dated 07.09.2023 to the respondents regarding his grievance and the same has not been considered till date.
Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant shall be satisfied if a direction is given to the respondents to consider his aforementioned representation, and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a stipulated time period.
Learned counsel for the applicant further states that his case is squarely covered by the order of this Tribunal in O.A./1730/2026 dated 05.05.2026 and O.A./1813/2026 dated 11.05.2026.
Under the above circumstances, we direct the respondents to consider the contents of the representation dated 07.09.2023, submitted by the applicant, carefully and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
The O.A. is disposed of in above terms, at the admission stage itself.
Pending MAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
