The petitioners are aggrieved of non declaration of their cut off marks for recruitment to the post of Constable (General) in Jaipur District.

It has been submitted that neither the cut off marks, on the basis of which appointments to the post of Constable have been made nor the actual

marks obtained by the petitioners in aggregate for recruitment to the post of Constable (General) in the year 2018 have been furnished to them

despite an application for the purpose being made under Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereafter 'the Act of 2005).

Mr. HC Kandpal for Mr. GS Gill, AAG appearing for the respondents

submitted that in the earlier instance requisite information under the Act of 2005 was not furnished to the petitioners because the recruitment

process at the relevant time was in process. That has now been completed. He submitted that the requisite information as per petitioners'

application under the Act of 2005 will now be furnished to them within 7 working days from today.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Singodiya, counsel for the petitionerssubmitted

that this petition be accordingly disposed of in terms of Mr. HC Kandpal's statement with liberty to the petitioners that in the event subsequent to

the receipt of information under the Act of 2005, as prayed for, and assurance in regard whereto has been given by counsel for the respondents, if

aggrieved, they would be free to approach this Court afresh.

In view of the submissions made, this petition stands disposed

of. Let the requisite information sought by the petitioners under the Act of 2005 be now furnished to them within 7 working days from today.

In the event the petitioners are aggrieved thereafter for

reason of their being wrongly / illegally excluded from appointment to the post of Constable (General), they will be

free to take their remedies, if advised, in accordance with law.
