At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this present writ petition with liberty to file a duly constituted petition afresh.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

The Registry is directed to return the certified copies of the annexures to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining attested true copies of the same.
