At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh duly constituted petition.

In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Registry is directed to return the certified copy of the annexures to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining its attested true copy.
