Judgment
Per: Dr. Lata Baswaraj Patne, Judicial Member.
Ld. Counsel for the respondents Mr. S. Paul is present and heard. None appears for the applicant.
Mr. C. Sinha, Ld. Counsel for the applicants submits that he is not appearing in this matter. He, therefore, prays that his name may be deleted.
Ld. Counsel for the respondents submits that the applicants were not appearing for a long time and prays that the matter may be dismissed.
We have noticed that the applicants were last appeared on 20.06.2025.
We have also noticed that the applicants have not appeared from 11.07.2025, 08.08.2025, 12.09.2025, 31.10.2025, 05.12.2025, 13.02.2026, 24.04.2026 and on 05.06.2026. Even on today, despite repeated calls, no one appears on behalf of the applicants. However, proxy Counsel had appeared on behalf of the applicants and prays for adjournment.
It seems that the applicants have lost interest in pursuing the matter.
The Original Application is accordingly dismissed under Rule 15(1) of CAT Procedure Rules, 1987. There shall be no order as to costs.
