Heard both the sides.
This bail application has been filed on behalf of Sanskar Bharti @ Shanskar Kumar who is in custody since 01.09.2025 in connection with Korrah P.S. Case No. 220 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 & 34 of the IPC pending in the Court of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hazaribag, is pressed into motion.
As per the FIR, one motorcycle said to be stolen was seized from the conscious physical possession of the two co-accused persons.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that the only material against this petitioner is the confessional statement of the co-accused from whom the motorcycle was seized who has already been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above-named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
