Heard Shri Anil Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant has made a statement at the Bar that the relief claimed by the applicant has been granted to the applicant as the transfer order has been cancelled and OA may be treated as infructuous.

In view of the above position, OA No. 355/2020 is dismissed as having become infructuous. All associated pending MAs stand disposed off.
