Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in para 48 of the judgment dated 30.07.2014 passed in OA No.930/2014 and other connected OAs, this Tribunal has quashed and set aside the show cause notice and a direction had been given for allocation of the services to the petitioners. Although the respondents have forwarded the dossiers of the petitioner/petitioners but allocation of service is yet to be done by the respective user department. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that they have allocated the service also.

Leaned counsel for the petitioner submitted that liberty should be given to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal in case any delay occurs in allocation of service by the user department.

In view of the above, we are satisfied that respondent has substantially complied with the order of this Tribunal. Therefore, this CP is closed. Notice issued to the respondent is discharged. However, the petitioner is given liberty to approach this Tribunal in case any delay occurs in allocation of service.

All pending MAs are disposed of accordingly.
