Judgment
Alok Singh, J.—This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 25 dated 17.2.2011 under Sections 323/452/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur.
Notice of motion.
On the asking of this Court, Mr. Jaspreet Sekhon, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of State.
Since other connected petition i.e. CRM No. M-10840 of 2011 has been allowed today, therefore, present petition is also allowed.
Petitioner is directed to report in the police station for joining the investigation within 72 hours and on joining the investigation Petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing his personal bond and one surety of Rs. 20,000/-to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the following conditions:
(i) that he shall make himself available for interrogation by a police officer as and when required;
(ii) that he shall not directly or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer ;
(iii) that he shall not leave India without the previous permission of the Court.
