This is a Civil Writ Petition filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 24.02.2023 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.2 whereby the medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner has been reduced from Rs.17,69,430/- to Rs.10,45,002/-.
A perusal of impugned order dated 24.02.2023 would show that the claim of the petitioner has been decided as per the instructions bearing No.12/193/94-5HB-5/5251-54 dated 13.02.1995 issued by the Government of Punjab, Department of Health and Family Welfare (Health-5 Branch) and the said instructions have neither been placed on record nor have been challenged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the same, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after giving full and better particulars.
Accordingly, the present Civil Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
