Justice L. Narasimha Reddy:
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the order of the Disciplinary Authority was challenged before the Appellate Authority and the same was dismissed. Inadvertently, the order of the Appellate Authority was not challenged in this OA.

In this view of the matter, he seeks permission of the Tribunal to withdraw the OA.

Permission is accorded. OA is dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to the applicant to file fresh OA with comprehensive relief.
