The present application has been filed by the applicant seeking the following relief:-

“a. To direct the Respondents to release the arrear of remuneration of the applicants, which was already admitted by vide their letter No.27/84/RBIPMT/2017 dated 26.09.2017 and letter No.2783/RBIPMT/2017 dated 26.09.2017, in the interest of Justice.

B. To declare that the act of the respondents are illegal, arbitrary and discriminatory.

C. Pass any such orders as the Court may deem fit in the light of above-mentioned facts and circumstances of the case.

Upon issuance of notice, learned counsel for the respondents has filed a reply and has drawn attention to the chart reproduced herein below.

It is admitted that the respondents revised the scheme applicable to the applicant, which was, in fact, done way back in the year 2016. The competent authority had already approved the payment of dues in the applicant’s case. However, for some reason, the amount due to the applicant has not yet been released.

In view of the categorical statement made by the respondents, they are directed to release the admissible payment due to the applicant within a period of six (6) weeks from today.

Accordingly, the present OA stands disposed of. Pending MA(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of.
