Proxy counsel for the Resolution Professional appeared and submitted that arguing counsel has filed a leave note. Perused the leave note. The leave note is not properly filed. It is for more than one matter. Hence cannot be accepted. It is also observed the RP has not filed the report in time nor rectified the objections in scrutiny for over 1 month. He also has not complied with the earlier order. In view of the same, the Registry is directed to write to the IBBI on the laxity shown by the RP in filing the report and failing to ensure that the application is filed without defects pointed out in scrutiny/removed in time and delay serving to the respondents.
