The respondents initiated steps for appointment to various posts including the one of TGT (Sanskrit). The applicant applied for that post. An objective type test was held on 16.09.2018. The results thereof were declared on 23.04.2019. The applicant was not declared successful therein. This OA is filed challenging the results.
Heard Shri Anuj Aggarwal, learned counsel for the applicant at the stage of admission.
The principal contention urged by the applicant is that the key answer furnished by the respondents to Question No.56 is incorrect. Question No.56 reads as under:-
"56. What percent is 7 paise of Rs.75?
(A) 28/3 (B) 3/28
(C) 7/75 (D) None of these"
Other ancillary contentions are also raised.
The same issue was raised before this Tribunal in OA No.580/2019 and batch. This very question (56) figured as question No.44. Through an order dated 14. 03.2019, the batch of OAs was disposed of, directing the respondents to refer the plea as regards question No.44 and certain other questions, to experts.
Therefore, we dispose of this OA directing that the respondents shall take into account, the opinion expressed by the experts with reference to question No.44 in the question paper prepared for the post of Physical Education Teacher with post Code No.90/17, as regards post of TGT Sanskrit also. If the answer in the final key for question No.44 is found by the experts as correct, no further steps needs to be taken and. If on the other hand, any different suggestion is made, the same shall be taken into account, for correction of anomalies, if any.
There shall be no order as to costs.
