All these bail applications arise out of the same police case.
Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order.
All Heard the parties.
Petitioners have been made accused in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 303(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad.
On 20.10.2024, petitioners were apprehended by Saraidhela Police while they were trying to open lock of the motorcycles parked near S.N.M.M.C.H. Hospital, Saraidhela. Confession of the petitioners led to the recovery of several stolen motorcycles.
Criminal antecedent report of the petitioners, earlier called for, has been received. It appears that the they have got no criminal antecedent.
It was submitted that the offence alleged is triable by a court of Judicial Magistrate and charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.
In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhanbad in connection with Saraidhela P.S. Case No. 235 of 2024.
