Judgment
HON'BLE MS. JASMINE AHMED, MEMBER (J) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent No. 3 issued a notification for Limited Competitive Examination for recruitment in the cadre of Postman/Mail guard for the vacancy year 2019 (1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019). Pursuant to the said notification, applicant being fully eligible for being considered on the post, in question, has applied and thereafter he has been declared successful in the exam, but he has not been given posting order. Being aggrieved, the applicant preferred a representation dated 28.05.2021 (Annexure A-5 to the O.A) which is said to be pending.
At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant would be happy and satisfied if a direction be given to the respondents/competent authority to consider and dispose of the pending representation of the applicant dated 28.05.2021 (Annexure A-5) within a stipulated period of time, to which learned counsel for the respondents has no objection.

I n v i e w o f t h e a b o v e s u b m i s s i o n s m a d e b y t h e a p p l i c a n t ' s c o u n s e l , w e d i r e c t t h e respondents/Competent authority to consider and decide the representation of the applicant dated 28.05.2021 (Annexure A-5) by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order under intimation to the applicant. It is made clear that we have not commented anything on the merit of the case.
In view of the above, the OA is disposed of. No costs.
