Hon'ble Mr. R. N. Singh, Member (J):

The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging wilful defiance of the directions of this Tribunal in Order/Judgment dated 28.10.2020 in the aforesaid OA. The operative portion of the Order/Judgment under reference reads as under :-

“6.

Keeping this in view, the OA is disposed at this stage, without going into merits of the case, with directions to respondent herein to take into account the relied upon judgments, and pass a reasoned and speaking order on the pending representations dated 15.10.2020, within a period of four weeks, of this order being uploaded on the CAT website, under advice to the applicants. 7. All pending MAs also stand disposed of.”

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the directions of this Tribunal, the respondents have passed the order dated 10.12.2020 and a copy of the same will be filed in the registry during course of the day.

Shri M. K. Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received a copy of this order dated 10.12.2020 passed by the respondents. However, he submits that the order passed by the respondents does not fully redress the grievances of the applicant.

Be that as it may, in the facts and circumstances, we find substantial compliance of the directions of this Tribunal. Accordingly, the CP is closed. Notices are discharged. However, the petitioners shall be at liberty to resort to the legal remedies, in accordance with law, if so advised.
