This intra-court appeal under section 5 of the Kerala High Court Act is filed against the interim order dated 22.7.2021 passed by the writ court in
W.P.(C) No.14629/2021. The said order reads thus:-
“Issue notice on admission to respondents 3 and 4 by Speed Post. Adv.P.C.Sasidharan takes notice for respondents 1 and 2. The transfer will be subject to the
decision of the Writ Petition.â€
Obviously, after issuance of notice on admission, the writ court ordered that the impugned order of transfer would be subject to the decision of the writ
petition and thereafter, the case is ordered to be posted to 2.8.2021. Firstly, it is to be noted that the writ petition is not yet admitted. That apart, no
order deciding any issue involved in the writ petition finally was passed by the learned Single Judge. In the circumstances, we do not find any illegality
or perversity in the order dated 22.7.2021 passed by the learned Single Judge. The writ appeal must fail and accordingly, it is dismissed.
