Judgment
V. Narasingh, J
Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The Petitioner is accused in C.T. Case No.593 of 2023 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Balasore, arising out of Sahadevkhunta P.S. Case No.303 of 2023 for commission of the alleged offence under Sections 419/420/467/468/34 IPC.
It is submitted by the learned counsel that the Petitioner is a lady and she is the first offender and is in custody since 17.07.2023.
Considering the nature of allegation, this Court, on humanitarian grounds, directs the release of the Petitioner on interim bail for a period of four weeks from the date of his release. Learned Court in seisin shall fix the terms.
Additionally, it is directed that one of the family members of the Petitioner shall execute the P.R bond in addition to the sureties in terms of the order of the learned Court in seisin and the Petitioner shall appear before the I.O on such date and time to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin. Certification of such appearance shall be submitted to the learned Court in seisin.
It is needless to state that after expiry of the interim bail period, Petitioner shall surrender.
List the BLAPL on 03.10.2023.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted in course of the day.
