On April 7, 2022, we were of the opinion that the pendency of the appeal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court against an interim order will not come in the way for final disposal of the appeal before us. We have been informed that the appeal is still pending for admission disposal before the Hon’ble Supreme Court and no orders have been passed till date.

Shri J. P. Sen, the learned senior counsel for the appellants states that he has now received instructions to argue on behalf of the appellants and requests further time to collate files and prepare his submissions. We find that the matters were heard on several occasions in part and were tied up to this bench. Since the matters are adjourned, we release the matters. The appeals would be listed before the appropriate bench on August 4, 2022.
