Judgment
Amareshwar Sahay, J.—Heard the parties.
In view of the nature of claim and dispute, this writ petition is being disposed of at this stage itself.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has already submitted the medical bills for reimbursement but till date no reimbursement has been made.
As it appears from Annexure-5 dated 11/10/2008 that the original medical bills submitted by the petitioner were misplaced and are not available with the office of the respondents and, therefore, the petitioner was requested to submit the photocopies of the said medical bills so that the process for reimbursement can be made.
The petitioner has not yet submitted the photocopies of the said medical bills pursuant to the aforesaid letter dated 11/10/2008, contained in Annexure-5.
In this view of the matter, this petition is being disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to submit the photocopies of the medical bills already submitted by him earlier to the Department concerned for its reimbursement within a period of two weeks. If such photocopies of the medical bills as required by the Department is submitted by the petitioner within the said period, the concerned respondent shall take an appropriate action in the matter for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such medical bills from the petitioner.
With these observations, this writ petition stands disposed of.
