Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have primarily prayed for the following reliefs:-
“i) that the Authority be directed to count entire services rendered by the petitioners on contract basis, from the date of their initial appointment followed by their regularisation, for the purpose of increments, seniority and all other consequential service benefits, arising therefrom in terms of judgment passed in Taj Mohammad case.”
Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue raised by way of this petition is squarely covered by the judgments referred to by the petitioners in the prayer clause of the petition quoted hereinabove.
Be that as it may, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let the representation made by the petitioners, appended with the petition as Annexure P-5, dated 02.12.2023, be decided in view of the averments made therein, as well as judgment being relied upon by the petitioners, within a period of six weeks from today.
It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merit of the case. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
