Judgment
Ajay Mohan Goel, J
By way of this petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following substantive reliefs:-
“In view of the submission made hereinabove, it is humbly prayed that present petition may kindly be allowed and respondent may kindly be directed to regularize the service of the petitioners from the due date i.e. 29.09.2020.
Further, respondents may kindly be directed to correct the service record of the petitioners, maintain the seniority of the petitioner accordingly and to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioners from due date.”
Though reply to the petition has yet not been filed, however, learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that in view of the instructions which have been issued by the learned Additional Chief Secretary (Personnel) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh, dated 06.04.2022, on the subject regularization of services of the contract appointees, this petition can be disposed of with a direction to the respondents/competent authority to consider the case of the petitioners in terms of the said instructions.
Accordingly, as prayed for, this petition is disposed of with the direction that let an appropriate representation be filed by the petitioners within a period of two weeks from today and as from the date of receipt of the representation, the same be decided by the competent authority after adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of four weeks, by passing a speaking and reasoned order thereupon, also taking into consideration the material that would be appended with the representation, including instructions dated 06.04.2022 being relied upon by the petitioners.
The petition stands disposed of in above terms, so also pending application(s), if any,
