Judgment

All these bail applications arise out of the same police case. As such, they are being disposed of by the common order.
Heard the parties.
Petitioners have been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 52 of 2023 arising out of Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 452, 354, 376(D). 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 & 6 of POCSO Act and section 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(w) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocity) Act, pending in the court of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau.
On 18.05.2023 petitioners are alleged to have gangraped the minor daughter of the Informant.
It was submitted that the statement of the victim and her mother has been recorded during the trial in which they have given complete go-bye to the prosecution case. Statement of both these witnesses have been brought on the record vide Annexure-2 series.
Considering the aforesaid facts, petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Palamau in connection with POCSO Case No. 52 of 2023 arising out of Hussainabad P.S. Case No. 115 of 2023.
